The Solutions Consultant isresponsible for supporting the Yardi Sales team in their sales processes byserving as a functional and technical subject matter expert on Yardi solutions.The Solutions Consultant demonstrates products, advises clients and prospectson product utilization, participates in sales calls, assists with creatingsales tools and demonstrations scripts, and participates in marketing events.What You'll Do:Demonstrates products at a detailed level with aconsultative approach while advising clients and prospects on how to bestutilize the solutions.Utilizes knowledge of Yardi products, industry,and competition to present value propositions to clients and prospects whilesupporting the sales team through their sales cycles.Ensures the demo environment is accurate andcurrent, including all demo data and appropriate sales applications.Plays an integral part in their sales cyclestrategies by working with salespeople and participating in sales calls andmeetings with prospects.Assists in the creation of relevant sales toolsand demonstration scripts and conducts ongoing product training for the Salesteam.Assist with completion of RFPs and RFIs asrequired.Provides market and customer feedback onsupported solutions product management, development, and marketing teams.Utilizes internal CRM diligently, recording allclient activities, sales opportunities, and forecasts per training guidelines.Participates in marketing events to promoteYardi Systems and Yardi's products and services.Maintains a comprehensive understanding ofassigned products, completes demo certifications on respective productsannually, and continuously expands product knowledge and demonstration skillsby presenting solutions to clients and prospects.Meets or exceeds quarterly and annual goals.Who You AreBachelor's degree in business, Accounting, orrelated field.2+ years of software sales or presalesexperience, preferably with a Cloud ERP or point solution provider.Presentation and demonstration skills, driven,self-starter motivated to succeed.Ability to interface with C-suite prospects andclient with understanding on technical products.Highly responsive with proven client-centeredcommitment and focusProven strong ability to meet critical deadlinesand prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Real Estate runs on Yardi.Yardi pioneers the property techindustry by seamlessly blending 40 years of tradition with forward-thinkinginnovation.
