Pyramids Health Services has been offering experienced home care services by specialized medical professionals in the UAE since 2012. PHS has been awarded with the highest level of accreditation in Long Term and Home Care by CARF (Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) International on 2017. Our wide range of services extend beyond basic home nursing to specialized physiotherapy and medical care in all situations providing short-term or long-term care in the home, depending on a person's needs. We are qualified to source and operate medical equipment approved from referring hospitals and customized for the home setting and deliver safe and smooth transitions.Job DescriptionPerform and ensure all clinical processes, policies and standards of care are carried out and delivered towards patients through collaborative efforts with the whole Nursing, Rehabilitation and other disciplines pertaining to management, care and patient's safety prescribed by the CARF.Key Responsibilities:Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process within established hospital, divisional and unit specific policies and procedures, standards, protocol.Establishes priorities of care, nursing actions and desired outcome in clinical care for all patients.Works within the policy of homecare to deliver the mission, vision and core values of the organization.Assumes responsibility in delivering quality nursing care and advocacy for patient's welfare through demonstration of evidence-based practice.Performs nursing duties within clinical scope of practice and professional code of conduct as directed by Nursing Administration, DOH PQR and UAE Nursing Norms.Provides care through demonstration of appropriate knowledge and clinical assessment skills relevant to Homecare and performs their roles according to best practice competency framework and professional knowledge and experience.Demonstrates high level of infection prevention knowledge and actions in the Homecare setting and reports any issue according to PHS policy and infection framework.Documents all assessment, interventions and other necessary information in the patient's medical records according to Pyramids Health Services policy and international standards of documentation.Ensures continuity of patient care through oral and written communication to the multidisciplinary team according to the needs of the patients as well as establishing a collaborative interaction with the patient's families.Assumes personal and professional responsibility towards initial and annual completion of clinical competencies and registration license.Demonstrates direct and appropriate action in urgent and emergency situations and demonstrates ability for decision making and leadership.Attends educational presentations, training and seminars as required by the nursing administration.Responsible to complete tasks given by the line manager as and when required.QualificationsDiploma in Nursing - DHA or DOH license1 to 3 years work experienceWilling to work in a homecare facility in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, UAE
