Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Learning & Development Associate located in Dubai. The Learning & Development Associate will be responsible for conducting training and development programs, managing learning management systems, designing instructional materials, communicating with stakeholders, and providing coaching.
Qualifications
1-3 years experience in Training and Development
Skills in Training & Development, Learning Management, and Instructional Design
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in designing and delivering training programs
Knowledge of learning management systems
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Fluent written and spoken English and Hindi
Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus
Can start immediately
