The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of project tasks, maintain productivity norms, and ensure adherence to HSE, QA/QC standards. Key Roles & Responsibilities Oversee construction activities such as Ramming/Piling, Trackers installation, Modules assembly, and integration of Cleaning Robots. Manage a team of Assistant Construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, in-house workmen, and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to schedules, KPIs, and productivity targets. Strictly enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) compliance across all site operations. Ensure QA/QC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) compliance throughout the project. Handle rate analysis, costing, cost control, and material reconciliation. Mobilize resources as per project requirements. Maintain close coordination with the Project Company and vendors for materials procurement. Manage site administration and oversee resource allocation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
