Take a leap with Tahaluf, we are offering you the chance to:Work within a highly dynamic business with the energy and style of a start-upBe part of building a business that is launching new products and events at scaleGrab an opportunity to accelerate your career and make a real impact.The RoleReports to: HR ManagerLevel: JuniorPortfolio/ Events: Support FunctionLocation: RiyadhKey Responsibilities· Assist in maintaining personnel files and company records, which includes data entry managing e-records as well as management systems and filing.· Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.. Familiar with Quwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad and the Ministry of HR portal.· Input data in SAP HR & other databases to assist in record maintenance.· Supporting HR Manager in developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement.· Support in managing different government platforms.· Using MS Office to create and maintain documents and records.· Compiling and tracking information for reporting purposes.· Provide administrative support as and when required for short term projects.Qualifications. This role is only opened for a Saudi National..
