In this role, you will be responsible for managing performance & monitoring activities to ensure implementation of sector requirements and identify improvement opportunities that contribute to achieving short and medium-term strategic objectives within defined key performance indicators, agreed budgets, and approved policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for:

Supporting the development and implementation of a performance monitoring framework.
Monitoring the performance of internal initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.
Analyzing performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Preparing regular reports and presentations to communicate performance insights and recommendations.
Collaborating with internal teams and destination management offices to identify areas of improvement and support the implementation of performance enhancement initiatives.
Designing and developing interactive dashboards to provide real-time performance visibility.
Holding contact with the relevant department to deploy and update interactive dashboards.
Performing other activities as and when required.

You will need:

Bachelor’s degree in BA or equivalent is preferred.
At least 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
