Job Summary
IIQAF is looking for an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to lead our hotel team. The successful candidate will manage all hotel operations and produce high-quality services to our guests. As the Hotel Manager, you will ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a budget-friendly environment. This includes ensuring efficient operations and adherence to the hotel’s policies and standards.Job Duties:
- Manage daily operations of the hotel and ensure compliance with internal requirements.
- Create strategic plans to increase guest satisfaction and raise brand recognition.
- Manage human resources, including staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and disciplining of employees.
- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure the hotel is meeting customer expectations.
- Manage budgets and expenditures, ensure cost-effectiveness, and maintain financial records.
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and suggestions.
- Ensure the hotel meets health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience in hotel management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent organizational and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and manage staff.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
