Main responsibilities • • • • • • • • • • • • •Order processing managementCustomer order plausibility analysisPlanning / Booking / Transportation ordersCoordination/follow up of the shipmentCustoms processing (export/import)Documentation/administration/invoicing / filingFeedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to thecustomer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)Operational troubleshootingNon-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI's.Cooperation with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed ratesEnd to end processingPunctual and flawless order handling and documentationFreight Audit payment Exemption Type Job Requirements Job Requirements A four year BS/BA degree is required. Zero (0) to one (1) year of experience in customer service duties. A strong desire to work in the supply chain/logistics/transportation field. Must be able to work in a fast paced office. Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude. Leadership experience is a strongly desired. - Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications
