Schedule and conduct site visits withpotential clients and agentsResponsible for leasingvacant units and maintaining the required occupancyrateNegotiate and persuade tenants to implement allterms and conditions mentioned in the contractformAssisting prospective tenants with their leasinginquiriesActively search and acquire desired stores forthe project.Handling all incoming retail leasinginquiries in a professional and efficient mannerMaintainall rental filing systems, in paper and electronic form that can beeasily accessed by the team.Required profile ofcandidatesMinimum 5 years retail leasingexperience requiredResponsible for leasing andmanaging units to qualified applicants within the specified timeframe and at approved rental rates to achieve and maintain a highstandard of operation with good rent at alltimes.
