Responsible for the profitabledevelopment of the regional business through maximizing thepotential sales and profit growth, enhancing market accessibilityacross the region, and leading the successful launch of newproducts.Develop and implement comprehensivecommercial strategies for consumer health products in alignmentwith overall company objectives.Provide timelybusiness updates and performance reviews; Prepare budgets andforecasts.Work closely with marketing, sales,supply chain, and regulatory affairs to ensure products meetconsumer needs, comply with regulations, and achieve financialobjectives.Identify emerging markets andmarket shifts while being fully aware of new products andcompetition status.Manage a team ofprofessionals providing guidance and developmentopportunities.Conduct market analysis andresearch about competitors, customers, and businessopportunities.
