Administrative duties andresponsibilities include providing administrative support to ensureefficient operation of the office, liaising with London securityand London/Dubai IT team where necessary for the ongoingmaintenance of bank servers andequipment.Supports managers and employeesthrough a variety of tasks related to organization andcommunication.This includes the completion of30+ KYC periodic reviews for Abu Dhabi clients and projectcompanies plus the onboarding of new clients for new products suchas deposits and FX.The coordination of reviewby legal on NDAs and other legal documents and completing thee-kessai process for approval of signing saiddocuments.Support the team in the completionof GBR Credit Reviews for Abu Dhabiclients.Arrangement and coordination of clientmeetings/virtual calls and completion of call memos to be recordedin the GBP reporting system.Sourcing of clientexposure information using bank systems and compiling this data forthe purposes of quarterly client relationshipupdates.Responsible for confidential and timesensitive material. KeyResponsibilities:Finance andControlArranging and coordinating externalmeetings for third party supplier.Responsiblefor the preparation Expenses ControlReportResponsible in assisting Audit works forFinancial Statement and Agreed UponProcedure.Assisting in Tax Preparation andFilingResponsible in ABCD registration forThird Party SupplierResponsible for TPRMregistration for Third PartySupplierResponsible in processing payment ofinvoice, reimbursement, and salary.AssistingChief Officer in preparing Expense budget for approval byGM.Monitor the Actual and Estimated Expensesfor Non-Personnel and Personnel / Controllable andNon-Controllable.Responsible in remittances ingood order and key contract for banks relatedmatter.Responsible in Local PurchaseOrder.
