Assistant Director of Public Relations

Onbehalf of our client we are looking for an Assistant Director ofPublic Relations. In this position you will work closely with thePR Director to oversee and implement plans and campaigns ensuringall activities are in line with the companys marketing strategy andfinancialobjectives.Theideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience inPR Music Entertainment Strategy and Nightlife with strong UK andglobal presscontacts.KeyResponsibilities:Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to identify develop and pitchstoriesDevelopand maintain strong relationships with key media contacts andstakeholdersSuperviseand support the public relations team as needed to ensure continueddevelopment andsuccessConductsite inspections for media partners and organize allrequestsConductpress conferences product launches and other promotionaleventsDevelopmarket insights and assess new mediaprospectsDraftspeeches and organize media interviews for SeniorLeadersDevelopcompelling content press releases pitches social media posts mediakits and other brandcollateralProvideregular updates on the projects status and keep up with the latesttrends anddevelopmentsRequirementsBachelorsdegree in Marketing Communications Journalism HospitalityManagement or similardisciplineMinimumof 5 to 8 years experience in Public Relations isrequiredStrongpress contacts in print digital radio and TV are amustExcellentverbal and written communicationskillsExceptionalinterpersonal and leadershipskillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism,Hospitality Management, or similar discipline Minimum of 5 to 8years experience in Public Relations is required Strong presscontacts in print, digital, radio, and TV are a must Excellentverbal and written communication skills Exceptional interpersonaland leadership skills INT
