What willyou do? Provideleadership and management of client advisory relationships,developing advisory capabilities that meet current and futureclient needs, producing work products that meet quality standards,and providing thought leadership in one's area ofpractice.Support the development and growth ofclient relationships by demonstrating authoritative expertise inone's field of practice, while successfully identifying andremediating issues and challenges as they emerge in the course ofproviding advisory services.Demonstrate theability to anticipate client needs that align with our advisorycapabilities and to foster the development of new projectopportunities in partnership withcolleagues.Demonstrate mastery incommunications with all relevant internal and external stakeholdersand partners, including skilled communication in both one andtwo-way information sharing settings (virtual/IRL, group/1-1),adapting strategy as appropriate to act as a facilitator, expert,manager, coach, or team member.Drive effectivecollaboration within and across client engagement areas, providingeffective coordination of routine, cross-cutting, and complexdecisions, and fostering productive ideation and conceptualizationof novel approaches.What skills and knowledge shouldyou bring? Acustomer-first mindset, coupled with a passion for building strongrelationships and managing expectations.A coreset of consulting skills around client management, communication,collaboration, analysis and problemsolving.Skill in planning and managingconsulting engagements from inception to closeout, to includesuccessful task management of multidisciplinary teams of expertsand analysts in the creation of high-qualitydeliverables.Skill in determining how asecurity system should work (including its resilience anddependability capabilities) and how changes in conditions,operations, or the environment will affect theseoutcomes.Skill in identifying measures orindicators of inefficient system security design and the actionsneeded to improve or correct, relative to the goals of thebusiness.Skill in relating cybersecurity andprivacy principles to organizational requirements (relevant toconfidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication,non-repudiation).Ability to execute analyticapproaches to technology solutions for which information isincomplete or for which no precedent exists, bringing novel ideasto the table for our clients.Ability toidentify appropriate technology use cases for a given applicationor environment while integrating clientrequirements.Ability to recognize the rolerisk management places in scaling security practices in clientorganizations.Ability to design relevantscoping questions and assessment items for consumption by clientengineering and technical teams.What additional skills will makeme stand out for this role?Prior experience with host-based endpointagent or SIEM security solutions.Proficiencyin REST API scripting and familiarity with scripting languages suchas Powershell, Python, or BASH.Familiaritywith Mobile Device Management(MDM).Certification in Cloud Computing (AWS,Google Cloud, etc.).
