To manage his/her assigned outletas a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guestsatisfaction consistent through planning, organizing, directing andcontrolling the Food & Beverage operation andadministration.To ensure that Food &Beverage is served to the guests in the assigned station / sectionin a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible mannerconsistent with established performance and productivity standardsin any of the Food & Beverage Outlets in order to maximizeguest satisfaction and return clientele.Tomonitor operating supplies by maintaining and controllingestablished beverage par stock and operating supplies to ensuresmooth operation and to reduce spoilage andwastage.To assign responsibilities tosubordinates, implementing Multi Tasking principle and to checktheir performance periodically.To be flexibleand extend job duties and responsibilities, which do not distinctlydiffer in nature from the original assigned work, includingre-assignment to alternative departments and areas if required, tomeet business demand and guest service needs.QualificationsHaving strong background inhospitality industry with similar position for minimum 3years.Mastering mixology techniques andknowledge.Having the capability to lead,manage and train the bar team.Graduating fromhotel management will be anadvantage.
