Consultant - Six Sigma Black Belt RMS Corporate Ltd, Saudi Arabia Roles adn Responsibilities:- Incumbent has depth and breath of technical/functional/domain know-how.- Can work independently on defining solution for a mid sized, complex projects or contribute to solution of a program.- Is expected to specialize in a technology/domain/functional competency area within the organization.- Prepares a road map for the competency/industry segment in form of competitive service offerings.- Get involved in practice re usable component inventory and knowledge management.- Represents the practice/domain in deal negotiations in the sales support cycle, or lead delivery issue resolutions when required.- Gets involved in assignments in large programs.- Helps in defining business and technological solutions which help customer design and implement new generation business processes and origination capabilities. Job Specification Skills Required- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.- Ability to execute Process Improvement projects independently- Ability to do & analyze processes using process mapping using tools viz igraphics, EA, Telelogic- Ability to execute & guide projects independently of Six Sigma/ Lean/ TOC/ 5S- Understanding & ability to apply industry best practices framework viz e-Tom Abil,CPO,BTO|- Understanding of financial analysis for calculation of project benefits under guidance- Ability to understand data implication w.r.t projects"|- Basic awareness of one or more of the following areas:- IT service delivery using ITIL framework- Cost Optimization tools such as Reverse Auction,vendor rationalization- Basic understanding or foundation knowledge of Project,Program Management, process and frame framework- Business AnalysisSix sigma and lean for process definition and process improvement- Risk and Compliance Management" Information Technology and Services - City, United Arab Emirates
