We are a world leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) , delivering high quality services to help clients meet the growing challenges of quality, safety, environmental protection and social responsibility.ExperienceJob Description Proven experience in government relations, public affairs, or a related field.Familiarity with the regulatory environment and government processes/portals.Responsibilities : Responding to staff enquiries on visa/labour/passport mattersOrganizes attestation of certificates and legal translation of documents and other activities related to immigration and labour.Strengthen the relationship with public agencies through events engaging the communityCoordinate with outside counsel and third party vendors regarding immigration issuesCommunicates with various government agencies for certification of documents and coordinates with third parties on documentation needsFull knowledge of the Visa Requirement and process from different Countries Stay up to date with the latest rules and regulations and best practices in government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, MHRSD, MOFA, MISA, ETIMAD, etc.Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as requiredAccurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authoritiesMaintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all time.Engage himself with higher management / HR in order to keep them in loop with regards to new Labour laws / other Government laws etcSolving issues related to employees Visa and Iqama .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues.Excellent communication skills/Strong interpersonal skills (Fluent English and Arabic.)SHAPING A WORLD OF TRUST - WHAT WE VALUE AT BVWe create trust between businesses and we are committed to cultivating an open and inclusive environment wherever we operate and so do our employees.
