Strategic focus on selected therapeutic categories has contributed to the rapid growth, market acceptance, and overall success of the company.Role Summary:To assist in production scheduler,and production planning .Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed production schedules that consider raw material availability, equipment capabilities, labor resources, and demand forecasts.Collaborate with production, planning, and quality control departments to ensure alignment and address any potential bottlenecks.Prepare supply plans based on production schedules and communicate them effectively to the demand teamProactively identify and resolve production issues to minimize delays and maintain production timelines.Monitor production progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including production personnel, supervisors, and management.Stay updated on industry best practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:4-6 years of experience in production scheduling, preferably within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with ERP systems, SAP a plus.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
