Assistant/Associate/Full Professor - Computer EngineeringThe Computer Engineering Department at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia is seeking exceptional candidates in all academic ranks (Assistant/Associate/Full Professors and Postdocs). Candidates holding PhD degrees from reputable universities with interests and expertise in all areas of Computer Engineering are encouraged to apply. Candidates with demonstrated research and teaching expertise in the following areas will have higher priority:Internet of Things (IoT)Cloud and Edge ComputingEmbedded Systems Computer VisionHigh Performance and Parallel ComputingQuantum ComputingSuccessful candidates are expected to:Leverage their extensive experience to substantially lead and support education (teach courses and labs at the undergraduate/graduate levels) and engagement effortsEngage in high-quality teaching and fulfill the teaching requirements of the departmentTake advantage of the most recent advancements in their area of study, make significant contributions to relevant disciplines, expand their own international academic profiles, and maintain an active international academic networkInitiate and maintain research activities/projects with faculty members that result in peer-reviewed articles in high-impact professional journalsProvide service to the department, the university, and the professionParticipate in thematic and interdisciplinary research in one or more of the university's research emphasis areas KFUPM is one of the leading Universities in the Middle East and is known worldwide for its high standards of excellence in teaching and research.
