Apt Resources is currently hiring for the position of Event Manager for our client's team, an event company. We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our client's team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events. If you have a passion for creating memorable experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and execute events according to client requirementsManage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgetingCreate event timelines and ensure all deadlines are metCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of eventsOversee event setup and breakdown, including decorations, audiovisual equipment, and seating arrangementsManage event staff and volunteersConduct post-event evaluations and make recommendations for future improvementsLead all our client's events department in Dubai, Doha & MuscatShould be in entertainment segment such as organizing Musical Shows, Beach Parties, etcRequirementsBachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or related fieldHave a minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an Event Manager or similar roleExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in event management software and Microsoft OfficeBenefitsThe salary details will be discussed during the interview.
