Job Description JOB INFORMATION Job Title: Radiation Oncology Consultant Department : Oncology JOB SUMMARY Join one of the prestigious hospital as a consultant in Radiology oncology, where you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive cancer care protocols and treatment plans, provide expert guidance on cancer care services, drive research initiatives, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care, and ensure the implementation of advanced Radiology oncology services and protocols. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides high-quality Radiology Oncology care to patients in this area of medicine. Provide consultative service as requested. Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents. Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and Participates in research activities. Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed. Performs special procedures as privileged. Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education Graduate from a medical school of good standing. Completion of required period of training in specialty and/or Subspecialty Saudi Arab or American /European Board Certification or equivalent. Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must. Dataflow is a must. Professional Experience Min. 3-4 years Post Board/Fellowship in specialty. A registered member of the Saudi Board Council Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial. References Positive professional references attesting to the candidate's skills and ethical conduct.
