**JOB OBJECTIVE**
Processing, inspecting, and evaluating surface and subsurface discontinuities using Non-Destructive Testing Process of different techniques related to Ultrasonic, Magnetic particle and Penetrant Testing. Other responsibilities include interpreting test results, writing reports and interfacing with clients.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration on NDT equipment.
- Understand and follow instructions, drawings, and procedures for operating radiography, ultrasonic, and other NDT equipment.
- Make sure the equipment and chemicals are right for the job.
- Check and interpret site readings accurately and submit reports to customers on time.
**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Set up and use Non-destructive Test equipment.
- Understand and follow test procedures, including reviewing codes and standards.
- Perform various NDT techniques like Radiographic Testing, Ultrasonic testing, Magnetic particle testing, Penetrant testing, and Thickness gauging.
- Know the limits of the methods and equipment used for inspecting welded pipes.
- Keep accurate records of work done.
- Follow safety regulations and take part in safety activities.
**JOB AUTHORITIES**:
- Interprets results of tests like RT, UT, MT, PT, and signs corresponding reports.
- Signs Calibration and Maintenance Reports.
- Can reject equipment if it's not working properly and recommend repairs.
**Quality, Health, Security, Safety, and Environment**:
- Make sure the Finance Department follows rules about quality, safety, security, and the environment to keep employees safe and provide good products/services.
- Take responsibility for your actions and mistakes.
- Follow safe work systems, training, and instructions.
- Report accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
- Can stop working if it's not safe.
**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Must have a degree / diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Must have certification in PCN/ISO in MT, PT, UT (NDT Level II).
- Must be certified in ASNT certified in MT, PT, UT.
- Must have at least minimum of 3 - 5 years of post-certification experience
- Should have awareness about EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning) works in Oil & Gas, Shutdown and Manpower Supply.
- Must be proficient in English language.
- Hindi language proficiency is preferred.

Pay: QAR2,100.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
