Job Summary• Install, operate, maintain and repair refrigeration equipment to ensure all refrigeration component and parts are always in their best condition• Install, operate, maintain and repair control devices associated with refrigeration equipment and air conditioning systems to ensure they are running without issues at all times• Operate various measuring and testing instruments for refrigeration equipment and components• Specify spare parts and consumables for repair and maintenance work, select appropriate replacement parts and troubleshoot problems for refrigeration equipment and components to eliminate breakdown for the refrigeration operations• Read machines manuals, review piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) drawings and control diagrams of refrigeration systems to assist and plan for troubleshooting, as required• Perform Welding, Brazing, Soldering, Pipe Fitting of Refrigeration Equipment and ComponentsSkillsJob Requirements• Strong Knowledge of industrial ammonia refrigeration plants, preferably in the food industry environment• Good knowledge and experience of Sabro, Unisab III, SCADA, PLC and BMS• Previous experience in Big or Mega plant projects is preferredExperience and qualifications• A minimum of Diploma degree (3 years curriculum) or Specialized Certificate (2 years curriculum) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is required• A minimum of (5 years experience) in maintenance and troubleshooting of refrigeration and cooling systems including large sized air conditioning units is requiredDesired Candidate ProfileEducation:DiplomaGender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
