Job requirements:Job location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.Education: Diploma of biomedical engine/ equipmentExperience: 2-4 years within medical equipmentLicensing requirements: Valid SCFHS classification Tasks: Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and performance assurance inspections on equipment to ensure safe and effective operating conditionsTest and calibrate components using a variety of manuals, troubleshooting techniques, and code requirementsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and policiesEnsure documentation is complete, timely, and accurateRepair and replace complex biomedical equipment and systemsInstall and adjust a variety of biomedical and research equipmentDiagnose equipment malfunctions with accuracy and precisionResponsible for all consignment items in sub stores (checking -refill - invoicing used)Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.Stock management & invoice management.Monitoring transfers between the warehouses.Conduct monthly analysis for stock and sales to control stock level & needsSend Open to Buy (OTB) Report to sales departments.Stock reports, maintains records of all deliveries
