Responsibilities: -Create, manage and launch customized CMS applications - ImplementSEO best practices for better ranking on SERP - Build pop-ups andmanage triggers as required - Collaborate with cross-functionalteams and respective stakeholders to meet brand's contentstandards and guidelines - Ensure website optimization acrossbrowsers - Identify and fix issues for better performance - Suggestimprovements to keep the application updated with the latesttechnical advancements - Prepare and maintain adequatedocumentation for future reference Requirements: -Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering,Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience) - At least 3+ yearsof software development experience (rare exceptions for highlyskilled developers) - Experience working with CMS technologies suchas WordPress, Woocommerce, Magento, Opencart, Drupal, etc. - Solidunderstanding of CMS themes and plug-ins - Knowledge oftechnologies including, PHP, Java, C#, XML, AJAX, JavaScript,HTML5, and CSS3 - Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases -Strong grasp on English language for effective communication -Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlapwith US time zones Preferred skills: - Expertise with both back-endand front-end development - Proficiency with version control toolslike Git or SVN - Ability to optimize existing themes or build acustomized one from scratch - Experience in working with webanalytics tools - Familiarity with one or more video editingsoftware - Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-managementskills What we offer: - Elite U.S. Jobs - Long-term, full-timeopportunities - Flexibility to work from anywhere in the world -Better compensation - Career growth - Exclusive Developer Community- Upskilling workshops - Career development sessions - Networkingmeetups - Referral programs
