**: A Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in ensuring positive customer experiences and maintaining strong relationships between the company and its clients. CSRs are the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

1. **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate and relevant information to customers, helping them make informed decisions.

- Offer assistance and guidance in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

2. **Issue Resolution**:

- Listen attentively to customer concerns and complaints, identifying the root causes of issues.

- Troubleshoot problems, find appropriate solutions, and take necessary steps to resolve issues promptly.

- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and solve complex issues that require additional expertise.

3. **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.

- Stay updated on new product releases, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value to customers.

4. **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the customer service database.

- Generate reports and insights based on customer feedback and trends to improve service quality.

5. **Customer Education**:

- Educate customers about the features and functionalities of products/services to enhance their overall experience.

- Offer troubleshooting guidance to customers for self-resolution of common issues.

6. **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, coworkers, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

- Provide clear and concise responses in written and verbal communication.

7. **Customer Feedback**:

- Collect and document customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to help improve products and services.

- Advocate for customers' needs within the company to drive continuous improvement.

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
