Analyst Position – Russian Language (Dubai)
Kobre & Kim is currently seeking to hire an Analyst with advanced Russian language skills at a verbal and written native or near native fluency. Start date is flexible with an anticipated start date no earlier than late June – August 2023 but considered candidates must have a graduation date of at least June 2023. The preferred office location is either Tel Aviv or Dubai. Candidates interested in our U.S. or Brazil offices may also apply but please indicate whether you would be willing to relocate to Dubai or Tel Aviv. Please only apply if you have native or near native level proficiency in the Russian language (verbal and written) as this will be used for business purposes and corresponding with clients. The hired candidate must be willing to travel as needed and able to conduct oneself with clients in a discrete and professional manner at all times. The Analyst position is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or young professionals to gain substantive, hands-on experience in the dynamic fields of complex civil and criminal financial litigation. Analysts immediately join case teams and closely collaborate with the firm’s lawyers, enjoying levels of responsibility and client contact surpassing what other law firms offer. Analysts also support knowledge management and global business development to drive the firm’s practice and product innovation forward. General duties include factual and financial analysis; legal and open-source research; preparation of court papers; document review and analysis; substantive factual drafting; overseeing case team workflow and project management; and attendance in court or client meetings under lawyer supervision. Analysts work with lawyers and other professionals across all Kobre & Kim locations including, but not limited to, our offices in New York, Delaware, Miami, San Francisco, São Paulo, Washington DC, Hong Kong, Seoul, Shanghai, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, Dubai, London and Tel Aviv. All Analysts have opportunities for advancement after their first year, including transitioning to management roles, exclusively focusing in practice areas and/or potentially transferring to other offices worldwide.
