Bachelors in Computer Application, Bachelor of Science(Computers, Technology)NationalityMaleVacancy1 VacancyJob DescriptionIt's the responsibility of the team leader to provide a detailed and comprehensive technical support to End Users.Being more experienced, help desk team leaders bring forth their expertise to the table to mentor and groom junior members in the help desk team.As a Team leader, is responsible for creating and implementing support to all End users' queries.leading, managing, and mentoring IT support professionals.Managing tickets and prioritizing workloads effectively.Enhance excellence in communication and monitor the level of support service delivery.Showcase level of expertise by providing satisfactory explanations and solution to user's questions and issues to gain their confidence.Keep clean records of all activities in the help desk department.Create good working relationship amongst members of the help desk team to ensure smooth flow of work, which improves overall performance.Responsible for preventive maintenance PMS of IT assets on monthly basis.Responsible for preparing monthly PMS and submit to the IT Manager/Supervisor for his review and distribution.Comprehensive system and network knowledge.Desired Candidate ProfileExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalGood knowledge of IT Support & ServicesAbility to pay attention to time management, as well as possessing analytical skills.Ability to showcase good leadership skills to carry team members along.ITIL 4 certification (preferred)Employment TypeFull TimeCompany Industry Oil & Gas: Refining, Storage, Marketing, Distribution Department / Functional Area Marine Services (Marine Officer Ship Chandler Diver) Keywords IT Support Specialist IT Support Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
