MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(HR/Industrial Relations)NationalityAny NationalityAnyVacancy1 VacancyJob DescriptionPosition Overview:As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our projectsin Saudi Arabia on all Human Resources topics.General Description of Role and Responsibilities:Provide accurate and timely HR administration support (full cycle).You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.Support the project leadership and Talent Acquisition with arranging and scheduling candidate interviews.Coordinate with mobilization team for new joiners.Collect the new hire paperwork.Administer HR-related documentation.Manage and solve daily queries.Prepare any monthly payroll changes and submit to accounting.Ensure all communication regarding employment is uploaded and saved within the HRIS system.Participate in special HR projects.If requested, manage the employees' timesheet submission process.Perform other daily items as required.Desired Candidate ProfileA University or College Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.3+ years of professional experience.Experience in Saudi Arabia will be preferable.Knowledge or Oracle HCM will be considered an asset.Excellent knowledge of the English languageStrong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel)Multitasking and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to analyze and solve problems.Organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling skills.Employment TypeFull TimeCompany Industry Construction Civil Engineering Department / Functional Area HR Human Relations Industrial Relations Keywords Talent Acquisition Specialist HR Generalist Recruitment Coordinator HR Assistant Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
