JobDescriptionSupport the Head indeveloping and implementing effective card products strategies andlaunching plans to achieve business objectives. Combine data driveninsights with product vision & strategy to design newfeatures and improvements to maximize impact andgrowth.Ensure adherence to all relevantdepartmental policies processes standard operating procedures andinstructions so that work is carried out in a controlled andconsistent manner.Support in defining keygovernance related documents policies and procedures to enhance thecontrol environment.Monitors the productstrends to guide innovation and generate new ideas and communicatesto concerned departments for business casewriteup.Provide support in growing theproposition client pricing client rewards and client productportfolio management approach.Work with Headof department and crossfunctional retail teams to understand theuser base and business needs.Support thedevelopment of card specific product portfolios and rollout acrossthe footprint to improve the crosssell and marketing campaignperformance.Identifies cobranding and Fintechopportunities and initiatives (based on value proposition) bybuilding strategic alliances withpartners.Analyzes sales figures and customerfeedback in order to effectively monitor the performance ofproducts and adjust product features asnecessary.Provides inputs for pricing in linewith financial analysis and the planning for new and enhancedproducts to ensure marketcompetitiveness.Develops and maintains regularinteraction with existing and potential customer databases throughall means of communications in order to ensure crosssellingopportunities can be identified and capitalizedupon.Identifies new business developmentopportunities in order to endure achievement of the goals andobjectives while promoting Ahlibank.Conductproduct specific research including extracting customer data andanalyzing profiles to determine market and segmentrequirements.Analyses existing as well as newof assigned products portfolios and propositions. Build strategicalliances for effective pricing and rewardinginitiatives.Work with Risk function tounderstand implication of risk policies on portfolios and revenuegrowth.Provide analytical information toretail sales and marketing teams to assist in developing growthstrategies and promotional campaigns.Formulateand implement the high and mid customers segment strategiesincluding sales scripts training materials manage processes andprogram for upsell crosssegment client migration and ensuringclient experience is maximized.Collaborateswith the sales and marketing to ensure that the required trainingand communication including clients messaging is provided regardingnew products.Trains and supports RelationshipManagers on new products and changes in product features in orderto ensure adequate understanding and awareness and ability torecommend the same to the customers.Ensuresthat all relevant MIS reports are collated and prepared accuratelyas required by the HOD on the cardsproducts.Represents the department andactively contributes in various committees/meetings (internal andexternal) as applicable and as per authority levels in order toensure relevant matters are dealt with in a timely and efficientmanner.Performs other related duties orassignments as directed by the management that are related to thedepartment and are within expertise and skills of thejobholder.Minimum Experience: 08 10years relevant experience in retail banking productmanagement.Skills &Knowledge:In depth knowledge ofretail customer segments andstrategies.Ability to effectively presentinformation to top management.Goodunderstanding of retail banking including products marketing salesand segment.In depth knowledge of technicalfeatures and development of retail bankingproducts.Knowledge in Project systemsMarketing product and/or business.In depthknowledge of the competitive market with regards to Credit andDebit Cards Remittance.Ability to managecomplex projects financial analysis and promotion and packagingdevelopment.This jobhas been sourced from an external job board.More jobson
