Job Description Receive each guest call in aprofessional and friendly manner.Achieve Quality Audit result of95% and above through consistent documented trainings.Achieve thehighest Guest Satisfaction measured by TRUST YOU platform.Be smart,well groomed,friendly and cheerful whilst exhibiting the higheststandards of Rixos hospitality all the times.Handle every query ina polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectations.Ensureguests are greeted by name upon calling as per RixosStandards.Resolve guests complaints/ requests and liaise with thedepartment concerned to ensure immediately follow up.Qualifications UniversityDegree in any field.Minimum 1 year in asimilar role.Be proactive and use good judgement when dealing withchallenging situationsAct with professionalism and integrityBetransparent in your motives, methods and expectedresults
