Reporting Structure: Reports to CFO RoleSummary: Oversee Finance function, lead budget preparation, andconduct financial analysis for strategic decision-making.Responsibilities: • Contribute to company strategy from afinancial perspective. • Ensure adherence to corporatefinancial strategy and policies. • Manage financialreporting, budgeting, and variance analysis. • Provide keyfinancial information to leadership. • Oversee newbusiness development evaluations. • Manage workingcapital, organizational changes, and risk mitigation. •Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with legalrequirements. People Management: • Provide leadership,delegate effectively, and track progress. • Guide andmotivate team for enhanced performance and continuous development.Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree inAccounting, Finance, or Economics with a recognized professionalqualification. • 7 to 10 years' experience, withat least 5 years in a managerial role. Skills: • Strongknowledge of accounting, finance, and best practices. •Excellent analytical, numerical, and research skills. •High-level networking, communication, and negotiation skills.• Ability to lead, develop, and motivateteams
