Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implementHR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall businessstrategy. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selectionprocess, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs andimplement effective recruitment strategies. Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues,providing guidance, counselling, and support to employees andmanagement. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Performance Management: Develop and implement performancemanagement systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate professionaldevelopment and training programs. Compensation and Benefits:Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salarystructures, incentives, and employee perks. Ensure competitivecompensation packages to attract and retain top talent. HR Policiesand Procedures: Develop and enforce HR policies and proceduresconsistent with company values and legal requirements. Keep abreastof industry trends and best practices in HR management. EmployeeEngagement: Promote a positive work culture and employee engagementinitiatives. Organize team-building activities, recognitionprograms, and employee feedback mechanisms. HR Administration:Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing,HRIS management, and maintenance of employeerecords.
