RESERVATIONS SERVICES EXECUTIVE

• Answer hotel s main telephonenumber and connect guest and colleagues to the correct telephoneextension• Greet all callers with warm andsincere greeting• Process and confirm guestreservations made by clients for Rooms, F&B andSpa• Verify availability of room type and rate.Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies tocallers• Accommodate and document specialrequests• Answer questions about propertyfacilities/services and room accommodations. Follow salestechniques to maximize revenue. Input all reservations into thecomputer, recording all pertinent information and attend toinquiries, complaints and requests regardingreservations• Maintain complete knowledgeof;• All hotel features/services, hours ofoperations• All hotel restaurant food concepts,dress code and ambiance• All hotel room types,number /names, amenities and locations•Scheduled daily group activities, names and locations ofmeeting/banquet rooms• Remain up to date withall the promotions in and around the hotel and follow establishedprocedures to process all room reservations, rates, confirmations,hotel facilities, etc
