BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, as well as facilitating communication between business stakeholders and development teams. Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and research
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Perform business process modeling and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, user stories, and test cases
- Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to ensure software solutions meet business requirements
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
