Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the Construction industry in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The position of Budget and Planning Manager involves managing project budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure the financial success of construction projects. Key Accountabilities
- Develop, implement, and manage project budgets.
- Accurately estimate project costs and monitor cost estimates.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments.
- Collaborate on project planning and scheduling.
- Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.
- Monitor project expenditures and provide timely financial reports.
- Develop accurate financial forecasts for construction projects.
- Review and assess project contracts for budget compliance.
- Identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends.
- Implement process improvements as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in budgeting and planning within the construction industry, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to work with complex financial data.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial software tools (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Project, SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and budget management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with construction industry regulations and compliance standards.
