Upholstery Production Supervisor

The Upholstery Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process of upholstered furniture. They will manage a team of production workers, monitor production targets, and ensure product quality and consistency. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a background in upholstery production. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices.
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
- Optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production-related issues.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to identify and address product defects.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in upholstery techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in upholstery production, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of upholstery materials and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
