Job details

The Upholstery Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process of upholstered furniture. They will manage a team of production workers, monitor production targets, and ensure product quality and consistency. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a background in upholstery production. Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
  2. Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
  3. Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  4. Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices.
  5. Train and mentor production staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
  6. Optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to resolve production-related issues.
  8. Conduct regular quality inspections to identify and address product defects.
  9. Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in upholstery techniques.
Minimum Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience in upholstery production, preferably in a supervisory role.
  3. Strong knowledge of upholstery materials and techniques.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
