Head of Operations | Real Estate Brokerage Operations
Dubai Dunes Properties is one of the fastest-growing real estate brokerages and one of the few Emirati-owned companies in the industry. As part of our rapid expansion, we are building two top-performing verticals, and we need a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to help us set the right resources and become the face of our hiring efforts. If you have a strong network, a keen eye for top talent, and a passion for building high-performing teams, we’d love to hear from you!Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate brokerage hiring
- Strong recruitment and sourcing skills
- Ability to identify and attract top real estate professionals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Immediate availability to join
