Head of Operations | Real Estate Brokerage Operations

As part of our rapid expansion, we are building two top-performing verticals, and we need a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to help us set the right resources and become the face of our hiring efforts. If you have a strong network, a keen eye for top talent, and a passion for building high-performing teams, we’d love to hear from you!

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate brokerage hiring
  2. Strong recruitment and sourcing skills
  3. Ability to identify and attract top real estate professionals
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  5. Immediate availability to join
