Position Title: Customer Service Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: as per UAE labor law, duty meals, and uniform Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A top-tier Hospitality & Leisure group rooted in Dubai, known for its exquisite offerings and unmatched service. Job Description:
- Answering enquiries or complaints about services such as profile updates, points and/or any general queries.
- Using effectively the CRM systems to manage the functions of receiving, assessing, analysing, resolving and documenting customers issues and complaints in accordance with agreed requirements.
- Assist to make improvements and implement required changes.
- Immediately report problems/failures that may have an impact on the organization and/or its clients/customers.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role from the Hospitality industry.
