They include architects, designers, planners, engineers, facilities managers, and other specialists driven by progressive thinking and creative ideas to shape a better future.Its technical experts deliver sustainable solutions that cover the entire project life cycle from planning and design, through to delivery and management, as well as a full suite of multidisciplinary consultancy services across a diverse range of sectors including transportation, water, aviation, healthcare, hospitality, and renewables.A global urban, infrastructure, and managed services consulting firm with over 70 years of track record in successful project delivery, Surbana Jurong has built more than a million homes in Singapore, created master plans in more than 60 countries, and developed over 100 industrial parks globally.The RoleWe are seeking an established Regional Lead - Learning & Development (L&D) to manage the regional L&D alignment with the SJ Global Academy Learning Strategy whilst leading/managing the implementation of the regional/local capability and talent development requirements in partnership with the business and P&C leaders across Africa, Middle East & Pakistan - AMEP.As the Regional Lead across the AMEP region, you play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic landscape by overseeing the day-to-day operations and steering the direction of the Learning & Development function across AMEP.The role involves supporting, co-designing, and developing global programs and initiatives; and implementing the programs/initiatives related to the Global Learning & Development / Global Academy strategy at a regional level. The incumbent will contribute to the global P&C/L&D transformation and be an advocate of the business transformation, particularly for their region and the business lines represented within.Your leadership is instrumental in cultivating strong relationships, contributing to the overall growth and success of SJ Group.As an ideal candidate, you will have:10+ years in a similar role with a proven track record of exceptional delivery within the L&D space.Expertise with working and delivering in a global organization, ideally within a consultancy environment.Experience managing and leading an L&D function in the GCC, ensuring optimal performance, resourcing, retention, growth, and professional development.Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; postgraduate and project management qualifications highly regarded.Human Synergistics LSI - preferred.International Coaching Federation - Coaching level 1 or equivalent - preferred.High-level communication skills, including negotiating and resolving highly complex matters.Ability to present and deliver different coaching presentations across the region.How to applyAll applications must be submitted online; please follow the links provided.Wrap upAs an inclusive and growing organization, SJ is committed to building a global community of talented professionals and thought leaders.
