Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting as a pastry chef
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience in baking and pastry arts
• Knowledge of international cuisine and baking methods, with an emphasis on traditional Arabic desserts and pastries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene standards
• Ability to manage staff effectively within the kitchen environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
