Job Overview: We are seeking an organised and proactive Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director’s Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing executive-level schedules, coordinating travel arrangement's, handling personal and professional tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. Experience: 10 to 15 Years Job Location: Chennai (Corporate Office) Workplace: Work from Office Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the schedule, appointments, and meetings, ensuring timely communication and arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate travel related arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other documents as and when required.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records of correspondence and files.
- Coordinate and manage activities both official and personal as required.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication with a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil. Ability to converse in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and challenges.
- The person should have a can do attitude and must have a flexible mindset as well.
- The candidate must have demonstrable experience in a similar capacity for several years.
