Cabin Crew – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Cabin Crew Member to join our team in Al-Kuwait. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and ensuring their safety and comfort during flights. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality services and take pride in providing an excellent experience for all passengers. This role offers a competitive salary of 1600 and is open to immigrants.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet passengers as they board the plane and answer any questions they may have.
2. Demonstrate emergency procedures as well as safety instructions.
3. Monitor the cabin during flight, ensuring all security regulations are followed.
4. Assist passengers with any special needs, such as individuals with disabilities or elderly passengers.
5. Serve meals/beverages to passengers and monitor stock levels throughout the flight.
6. Provide first aid assistance if necessary.
7. Handle any customer complaints or issues that may arise during the flight.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent degree.
2. Proven experience working as Cabin Crew or in a similar role, preferably in a large airline company.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
4. Ability to remain calm under pressure in stressful situations.
5. Good physical health and stamina to endure long flights standing up for long periods of time.
