- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing expert advice on all HR matters.
- Work directly with managers to address HR issues professionally and effectively.
- Lead on employee relations cases, ensuring they are handled thoroughly, pragmatically, and in line with best practices.
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up to date, fit for purpose, and compliant with current legislation.
- Play an active role in the delivery of people-related projects, contributing to continuous improvement within the HR function.
- Collaborate with managers to drive high performance through the performance review process.
- Develop and implement training plans, coordinating and delivering training where appropriate.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement through tools such as the Q12 Gallup Survey.
- Experience in an HR generalist role with a solid understanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and support managers and employees alike.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of current HR legislation and the ability to apply it effectively within the workplace.
- M&A knowledge is desirable.
