Job Role: Share point AdministratorJob Location: ChennaiJob Mode: Work From OfficeExperience Range: Min 5 - 11 yearsDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):Should be responsible for the following Managing and checking the overall server health and functionalityMonitoring SharePoint disk space usage through the built-in SharePoint reports for each site collectionManaging SharePoint permissionsAnalyzing and reporting upon SharePoint usage and activityMoving/copying sitesRegular review of the events and messages reported in Event Viewer and Performance MonitorRegular review, clean-up, management and configuration of SharePoint accounts and sites. This portion of the role will work closely with an Active Directory administrator if they are separated.Regularly analyzing SharePoint content and storageMonitoring SharePoint trends (e.g., site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth)Regularly auditing your SharePoint environmentIdentifying and reporting governance violationsChecking for operating system, SQL Server and SharePoint patches and cumulative updates.M365 support analyst responsibilities:Provide world-class customer experience with every interactionEngage and empathize with customers to support and resolve technical issues through completionDevelop, foster and maintain highly effective customer interactionSupport installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 on various platforms Accurately document all work performed through ticketing system including details and outcomesEnsure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issuesEscalate product bugs or unresolvable casesNotice trends and report reoccurring problemsDevelop, foster and maintain effective working relationships with engineering to enhance the customer experienceUpdate O365 licenses, subscriptions and user management as necessaryShare your knowledge with teammates and guide them in the resolution of complex technical problemsCollaborate with team members to enhance the customer experienceIncrease engagement with O365Share knowledge amongst the Microsoft support program community via solution documents, social media, technical communities and training recommendationsParticipate in product testing, tool building and pilot new projectsEnforce a high-quality customer service cultureStay up to date with technological changes in the industry with internal and external training AGG
