A background in call center and customer service is a requirement.Responsibilities: A Call Center Representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls, and electronic communications.Requirements:Strong command of the English LanguageProficient in desktop applications and the internetMust possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving, multitasking skills, and organizational expertiseAdvanced computer knowledge is requiredRequired Skills to be Successful:2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industryStrong communication skillsKnowledge of computer management systemsExperience with inbound and outbound documentationRotational shifts (both morning and night) and 12-hour duty
