Junior Project Planner

Responsibilities:
- Ensure for the bid preparation the timely and compliant delivery of the assigned project planning tasks.
- Ensure the timely and compliant delivery of the assigned project planning tasks for the development of project overall master schedule and project detailed schedule.
- Support the implementation of project planning and monitoring process.
- Support the Project Controlling in the economical monitoring of the project.
- Contribute to guarantee reliability and on-time availability of management reporting.
- Contribute in Reporting Time Impact Analysis EOT claims and Earned Value Management.
- Prepare monthly Cash flow forecast.
- TILOS working knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient skills in Primavera, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must .
- GCC Railway experience is preferable.
- Based in UAE is preferable.
- Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree Languages: English Proficiency Arabic is a plus. Leadership and Management: Oversee the Ticketing Unit, providing guidance and support to team members to achieve operational goals. Ticketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement ticketing strategies that maximize revenue while ensuring a seamless visitor experience. System Management: Manage and optimize ticketing systems and platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and integrated with other departmental systems. Customer Experience Enhancement: Monitor customer feedback and ticketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in visitor services. Project Management: Lead discussions with site managers to gather requirements and manage ticketing software projects. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination. Business Analysis: Translate business requirements into technical specifications for ticketing implementation. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and events, to coordinate ticketing for special events and exhibitions. UX Design: Collaborate with UX designers/agencies to create user-friendly ticketing flows. Implement continuous improvements based on user feedback. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on ticket sales, visitor demographics, and trends to inform strategic decision-making. Track system performance, user satisfaction, and revenue. Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the ticketing budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Training and Development: Train and develop staff on ticketing processes, customer service standards, and system usage. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security protocols related to ticket sales and visitor access. #J-18808-LjbffrApply safely
