StockbrokingContract: PermanentRemuneration: Market RelatedEE position: YesIntroductionProvide professional advice and support on JSE systems and services and expert business knowledge to JSE clients on all aspects of all JSE markets and services including specialised skilled support on the trading, post trade and market data business operations and systems functions.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Provider: Provide service directly to internal or external customers.External Consultant: Provide expert advice about products and services to customers and external business partners.Seek diverse learning opportunities and perspectives; quickly apply new knowledge and skill; use work challenges as opportunities to try new learning and innovative solutions.Analyst: Draw conclusions and make recommendations based on qualitative or quantitative data.Results Driver: Take initiative to set and achieve challenging work goals; focus one's time and energy to maintain high work standards.Minimum Requirements10 years' experience preferably in the stock broking environment, relevant to JSE systems and a good understanding of the financial markets with an extensive working knowledge of BDA, MIT and Nutron systems.Knowledge and SkillsAdapting behaviour to meet major changes at work.Adapting to a major organisational change.Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Evaluating resource allocation.Networking and building relationships.Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with peers, subordinates, and managers.Communicating complex information orally.
