Immediate Hiring!!Position - Team LeaderSalary up to 8000Location - DubaiWe're looking for motivated individuals with a passion for finance and exceptional interpersonal skills. Your role will involve building and nurturing client relationships and selling our banking products like personal loans.Responsibilities:Uphold and promote a customer-centric culture within the team.Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer suggestions.Drive sales and manage team performance effectively.Qualifications:2 to 3 years of experience in managing a team in retail banking.Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, products, and services.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressurized conditions.Must be available in UAE.
